TOUR A 2-BEDROOM COTTAGE

2-Bedroom Cottages

Charming slices of pre-Internet Americana. There is a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, pots, silverware, etc. There is also a combined living/dining area, two bedrooms (queen and 2 twins), bathroom w/ shower, and a screened in porch. All of our 2-bedroom cottages are recently renovated with new flooring.

Cottages 8 + 9 (2-Bedroom +) have new queen sleeper sofas in the living areas allowing them to accommodate up to 6 people.

Cottage 11 (2-Bedroom Deluxe) – the former owners cottage – has air conditioning and a fully enclosed glassed-in porch.

3-Bedroom Cottages

The 3-Bedroom cottages provide a little more space for larger families. There is a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, pots, silverware, etc. There is also a combined living/dining area, three bedrooms (queen, 2 twins, 2 twins), bathroom w/ shower, and a screened in porch.

Cottage 6 (3-Bedroom Deluxe) is two-levels with a bathroom on each level (shower upstairs) and a large, fully enclosed screened in porch with full sized picnic table.

Lakefront House

Built in 1923, this house offers the quintessential Lake Winnipesaukee experience. Adorned with beautiful wooden staircase and detailed features, you will never tire of the view of the lake from almost every room!

Lakefront House

This is a 4 bedroom house with two-levels. The front porch offers stunning views of Lake Winnipesaukee with several rocking chairs and picnic table. The bottom floor has a living room, full kitchen with microwave, and one bedroom with twin bed and stand up shower. The top floor has three bedrooms including one queen, four twin beds and a bathroom with clawfoot tub.

We offer a studio apartment for those who want a little more privacy. This is a quaint, efficient, space with new queen bed, small kitchenette and full bathroom.
